You can call blog.georgegumpert.com a tutorial site, but its goals are to be so much more. I aim to focus on the theory behind design first and foremost.
I am a graphic designer that is currently freelancing in the Chapel Hill, NC area. I have been freelancing for a few years, and have clients from Tampa to New York to Hollywood. Freelance is a fickle beast, and I make sure I stay relevant by following these basic rules:
- Do right by my existing clients first.
- Never turn down a new client.
- Treat every client as if they’re looking for a reason to drop you.
- Work hard and play hard.
