Well, the blog’s almost completed…I guess I should talk about what to expect here, eh?
As the title suggests, this is my blog. That doesn’t mean much without at least a brief introduction, does it? Ok, so we’ll start there…
My name is George Gumpert, and I’m a soon graduating Graphic Design Major. I lead a pretty dull life, hence me actually having time to keep a blog. Most of my time is consumed by projects (which, incidentally, will be tracked here).
Some other things to expect from this blog:
- News, News, News!
- Tutorials for Photoshop, 3D Studio MAX, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and so on and so forth
- Articles on design principles and theory
- My own personal views on design, and how good design integrates itself into society…and vice verca
- Book Reviews, Site Reviews, etc.
- Rants…I’m sure.
What you won’t find here:
- Angsty “nobody loves me” BS…there’s enough of that on the net, and i’m quite guilty of putting that into my other, personal blogs.
- Pretty much any allusions to my personal life, save for how they relate to the subject at hand. In the future, I may post links to my personal blogs hosted elsewhere, but I doubt it.
So sit back and relax, while I try to figure out this “b2evolution” thing…more will be coming soon!
